May Meeting of RCPC Land Use Committee

The May meeting of the land use committee will be on Monday, May 24th starting at 7:30 PM on Zoom. Please send an email to landuse@rockridge.org to receive an invitation.

On the agenda will be:
1) Update on Rockridge Housing Study – report on analyzing possible affordable housing incentives.
2) Further discussion of recommendation to Board of Directors on possible development of Shops at the Ridge Phase II project.
3) Discussion of further articles presenting results of housing study and possible date for community Town Hall.
4) Further discussion of state legislation affecting land use in Rockridge – possible Rockridge News and website article.
