April Land Use Committee Meeting Monday

The April meeting of the RCPC land use committee will be this coming Monday, April 26th, at 7:30 PM on Zoom. If you want to attend, please email landuse@rockridge.org to get a link, or call (510) 652-5373 to get a call-in number and meeting ID. 

This month agenda will include:

1. An update on the Rockridge Housing Study;

2. An update on the studying the state of College Ave. retail;

3. A short discussion of what else can be done to try to get the vacant lot at the corner of Broadway and Pleasant Valley [former site of the Safeway store] cleaned up;

4. Updates on happenings in the Legislature and Oakland City Council that may affect Rockridge.
