Rockridge Halloween Parade: Sunday, October 25, 12-2pm – Grab Your Kids, Costumes and Candy Bags

Goblins, Witches, Princesses, and Monsters Plot to Invade College Avenue Sunday, October 25. Merchants to charm hordes with sweets and other tributes.
Saturday, October 3, 2015

Is it true that mummies like listening to wrap music? Can it be that you would find a sand-witch on a haunted beach? Do ghosts prefer the scary-go-round and roller ghoster at the fair?

Find out at the 24th annual Rockridge Children’s Halloween Parade. All you need is a costume, a sweet tooth and, for those under age 12, an escort.
Continuing the neighborhood’s great, ghoulish tradition, the Rockridge District Association (RDA) and the Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC) invite you to celebrate Halloween on College Avenue. From noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, October 25, participating merchants will host trick-or-treating along both sides of College Avenue from Alcatraz to Broadway.
Join the costumed procession at Halloween Central in front of the College Avenue Presbyterian Church, 5951 College Avenue, at 11:45 a.m. At precisely noon, we’ll start trick-or-treating, leading the first group along College Avenue. Enjoy the spooky storytelling,  silly, scary sing-alongs led by a serenading singer and fun events at Halloween Central from 11:45am-2pm.
Don't miss this holiday fun for kids of all ages.
