Agenda for October 23rd Land Use Committee Meeting

The Land Use Committee will meet this Wednesday, October 23rd, at 7:30 PM in the upstairs meeting room at the Rockridge branch library.

The main agenda item will be a recap/discussion of last Wednesday's Planning Commission scoping session for the California College of Arts campus redevelopment project, including summary of topics addressed and a critique of various comments presented.

The seond agenda item will be a brief preview of next weeks meeting of RCPC representatives with the City to discuss the Rockridge Housing Study.

For all the neighborhoods that College Avenue traverses between Bancroft Avenue in Berkeley and Broadway in Oakland, and for all the opportunities presented to shoppers and residents to learn the ins and outs of the avenue, there are always new nooks and crannies to discover and explore. Some are just obscure or hard to find, others may be hidden in the shadow of a better-known parent institution.
